SMALL FILTER HOUSINGS
PEAR has available small compact filter housings for flow rates from 100 USGPM to 10 USGPM with threaded NPT inlet/outlet connections. Suitable for all aviation fuels, diesel and gasoline applications. Theses are equipped with drain valves, sight sump glass and differential indicators. (PF310 series only accommodates a drain valve).
SMALL FILTER HOUSING CARTRIDGES
For the smaller filter housing’s, we carry 2 stage coalescing elements, water absorbing and particulate type filters. For the smaller PF310 housing, only water absorbing and particulate filters are available.
**Note: Water absorbing type filters will be phased out and no longer be acceptable for aviation fuels after July 1st 2023 per JIG Bulletin 132. Energy Institute withdrew the EI1583 specification December 31st 2020 and is no longer supported.
Water absorbing type filters are not to be used with fuels containing FSII additive.

PF310 DESCRIPTION
The PEAR PF310 series filter housing is a unique widely adaptable unit that can be used in many applications with a wide variety of available filter elements for almost any application. For solids removal with particulate type filter elements, water removal with media absorbing type filter elements and activated carbon media for chemical absorption.
The all stainless steel body provides a strong durable housing. The stainless steel ring closure allows quick easy access for cartridge change outs using the supplied ¼” tightening/loosening tool. For tool free removal there is available the ring knobs option that can be ordered with a new unit or installed onto existing units with little effort. The internal spring and end cup insure a tight seal with double open ended type cartridges.
The two internal O-ring seal provide double sealing insure leak free operation. Available in different O-ring material compounds for a wide range of product compatibility.
